What is a Grant?
All Kidz In offers financial assistance to children from families who face financial obstacles, enabling them to join registered sports programs and enjoy the long-term advantages of participating in sports.
All Kidz In offers eligible children an annual sum of money between January 1st and December 31st to cover the expenses of their sports registration fees.
If you require sports equipment to participate, please inform us, and we will refer you to one of our partner agencies.
It is important to note that All Kidz In grants are designated explicitly for covering sports registration fees only and cannot be utilized for travel expenses or competition fees.
Eligibility Requirements
When evaluating the eligibility of grants from the Provincial Fund, All Kidz In considers the financial challenges the child’s family faces.

How Do I Apply?
1. After finding a sports program your child would like to join and signing up. Let the program’s administrators know you will be applying for All Kidz In funding.
2. You may either apply online or fill out the paper application form, but please ensure that all sections of the application are completed.
Incomplete applications may take significantly longer to process and can result in delays in receiving your grant.
3. Once your application has been submitted, it will be processed within 30 days. If you meet the eligibility criteria for All Kidz In funding, the grant will be sent directly to the sports program in which your child has enrolled.

In what way does All Kids In provide assistance?
All Kidz In provides grants to families to eliminate financial obstacles to participating in sports. All Kidz In grants assists with the payment of registration fees, ensuring that all kids have the opportunity to play.
What expenses are covered by an All Kidz In grant?
All Kidz In grants takes care of the expenses related to sports registration fees for eligible families.
These grants are designed to remove financial obstacles to participation in sports programs and may or may not be used for purchasing equipment, transportation, or tournament fees.
What sports are eligible?
All Kidz In facilitates involvement in more than 80 sports. For a sports program or club to be eligible, it must be affiliated with the provincial sport organization and last for a minimum of eight (8) weeks.

What is the application deadline?
To be eligible for All Kidz In funding, you must first register your child in a sports program. While every program is unique, many require that KidSport funding be received before the program commences.
Once your child is enrolled, you should apply for an All Kidz In grant as soon as possible since applications can take up to 30 days to process.
It’s important to note that All KidZ In grants cannot be used for programs that have already concluded.
How can I confirm if my application has been approved?
If you have submitted your application online, you will receive an automatic, system-generated email containing your approval details.
However, if you have submitted an offline application (through an emailed PDF form, or via a printed form), you must provide your email address to receive confirmation of approval.
What is the process for proving financial eligibility?
To demonstrate financial eligibility, you need to provide the most recent Notice of Assessment and current proof of family income for EACH parent or legal guardian residing in the home. The following documents are accepted as proof of family income: proof of income statement, two consecutive paystubs, or social assistance documents (O.D.S.P, Ontario Works, EI).
You can access your Proof of Income Statement through CRA My Account, which we highly recommend since it is free and the fastest method of obtaining your statement. Alternatively, you may request your statement by mail.

Absolutely, your personal information will be stored securely and disposed of appropriately. Our online application system is reliable and secure.
